1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Eaze Auto Trade, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid driving licence (minimum 1 year)
- Present a valid Malaysian IC or passport
- Provide a refundable security deposit
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmed WhatsApp acknowledgement from Eaze Auto Trade. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of RM 200–500 (depending on vehicle category) is required at the time of vehicle handover. The deposit will be returned within 1–3 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no damage, fines, or violations are outstanding.
4. Permitted Use
The rented vehicle may only be driven by the authorised renter(s) named in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for:
- Commercial purposes (e.g., ride-hailing, delivery) unless specifically agreed
- Illegal activities
- Off-road driving
- Travel outside Malaysia without prior written consent
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a specified fuel level and must be returned at the same level. A fueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at collection.
6. Damage & Accidents
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period not covered by insurance. In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify Eaze Auto Trade and file a police report (where applicable).
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date: full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows: deposit forfeited.
8. Traffic Violations
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic summons, parking fines, and toll violations incurred during the rental period. These will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately if not settled.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
