Booking & Availability

How do I book a car?

Browse our fleet at /cars, click "Book Now" on any vehicle, fill in the booking form, and we will confirm via WhatsApp within minutes.

Can I book on the same day?

Yes, subject to availability. WhatsApp us directly for fastest same-day confirmation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 1–2 days ahead, especially for weekends and public holidays when demand is higher.

Payment & Deposits

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (DuitNow / IBG) and cash. All payments are confirmed before vehicle handover.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of RM 200–500 is required depending on the vehicle category. It is returned upon vehicle return in good condition.

When is the deposit refunded?

The deposit is refunded within 1–3 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Requirements

What documents do I need to rent?

A valid Malaysian IC or passport, a valid driving licence (held for at least 1 year), and a refundable deposit.

Is there a minimum age to rent?

You must be at least 21 years old and have held your driving licence for a minimum of 1 year.

Can foreigners rent a car?

Yes. Foreign nationals need a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a licence from their home country.

Delivery & Collection

Do you offer delivery and collection?

Yes, we deliver to and collect from most areas in the Klang Valley. A small delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

Do you deliver to KLIA / KLIA2?

Yes. We offer airport pickup and dropoff services. Contact us to arrange timing.

During Rental

What happens if the car breaks down?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, subject to vehicle availability. Notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date.

Am I responsible for traffic summons?

Yes. Any traffic fines or toll violations incurred during your rental period are your responsibility.
